Do you have trouble defining acceptable boundaries or limits in your life?
Having boundaries does not mean building walls around you to protect yourself. It simply means being free to live your life for yourself the way you see fit. You teach people how to treat you, which means your connections with others only become blurred when you let people cross a boundary that you have not clearly defined.

Are you struggling with your feelings for a loved one who has a chemical dependency? So was I. I was in love with a man who had a chemical dependency. I tried everything I could to help make him stop or even to just slow down so that we could have a home life. But, according to him, he didn’t have a problem. I was the one with the problem.
